I am an out of network provider with insurance. I can provide monthly (or more frequently upon request) SuperBills to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. The SuperBill contains everything you need to submit to your insurance company, and in most instances, can be uploaded directly to your online client portal. I am happy to help you to become familiar with this process.
If you prefer, you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement through Thrizer. For more information about Thrizer, and to check your own out-of-network benefits in real time, click here.

After participating on multiple insurance panels for many years, I’ve chosen to no longer contract with insurance companies. I came to this decision because I believe therapy works best when it is private, individualized, and guided by the therapist’s clinical judgment and collaboration between the therapist and client, not by corporate policy, insurance utilization review, or the bottom line of venture-backed therapy platforms.
In an effort to balance highly specialized, quality care with access and affordability, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement should you choose to pursue this.

I offer a limited number of reduced fee spots for individual therapy. As of August 2026, reduced fee spots are at capacity. I am unable to accept additional reduced fee clients at this time.
Please refer to sections “Do you take insurance” and “Can I check my out-of-network benefits before I schedule” to see how you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits to be reimbursed for the cost of therapy.
