If you’ve spent years searching for a therapist who finally gets you, and a therapy that will actually help, you’re in the right place now.
You're not here because you don't know yourself, aren’t familiar with your patterns, don’t have some idea of what your triggers are.
You're here because knowing hasn't been enough. You're ready for something that works on a deeper level. That's exactly where we'll go.
My Approach to Therapy
I specialize in therapy for women who've spent years feeling like they're never quite enough. The anxiety that keeps you up at night, the perfectionism that drives you to exhaustion, the shame you carry about your past aren't “character flaws”. They're patterns that developed for a reason, and we can change them.
Using EMDR therapy and other trauma-informed approaches, including Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), we'll go straight to the source of your challenges, not just managing symptoms or talking about the same issues week after week. Our work will include actually processing the experiences that created these patterns in the first place. This is the kind of therapy that creates real, lasting shifts. The kind that helps you to finally feel grounded in who you are, connected to the people you love, and at peace with yourself.
How is therapy with me different?
You don't need someone to tell you what's wrong. You need someone who sees you, understands the impossible standards you've been holding yourself to, and knows how to help you heal. I’m ready to help you take that next step.
Am I the right therapist for you?

Women, and those who identify as women, with anxiety, insecurity, or perfectionist tendencies who never feel like enough; who have experienced micro traumas, or repeated messages of not being “good enough”; or who have experienced narcissistic abuse (by parents, partners, bosses, etc.)
I also work well with women with late-diagnosed ADHD, depression, and PTSD.
Many of my clients have already tried talk therapy, often finding it helpful, but maybe not quite enough to create the real and lasting change they were looking for.
While many of the clients who resonate with my work are women, I regularly work with people of all genders.
I provide LGBTQ+ affirming, neuroinclusive therapy and work with clients across diverse racial, cultural, and gender identities. All are welcome here.

Clients with active suicidal ideation or active substance abuse, clients experiencing psychosis, and clients who need frequent support between sessions may not be a good fit for my practice.

I’m a mom to two teenagers and frequently spend my evenings and weekends cheering for them on the sidelines of the soccer field and volleyball court. I love traveling to explore new cities and towns, and collecting books from independent bookstores that I find along the way (bonus points for any Wally Lamb or Jennifer Hillier book). One of my favorite ways to spend time is sitting by any body of water with one of those can’t-put-it-down kind of books and a really good cup of coffee. I host a monthly fiction book club and enjoy fostering (and occasionally foster-failing) cats and kittens through a local rescue. One of my happiest memories is shouting all of the words to Taylor Swift’s “Cruel Summer” with my daughter during the Eras Tour!
